RDUCON 2011 Vendor Tables

IPMS Eagle Squadron is seeking vendors to make the IPMS/USA Region 12 Convention RDUCON 2011  model show and competition event become the largest Hobby Shop in the State Capital. This will be an excellent opportunity to serve modelers who will have come from all around the State and locally seeking everything from kits, references, supplies, and aftermarket accessories.

 

This event with over 70+ categories on diverse subjects such as aircraft, armored vehicles, ships, figures, dioramas,  automotive, and Science Fiction/Fantasy makes for a broad base of modeling customers. This is your place to see and learn about historical subjects.

 

As you can imagine to hold such an event costs a lot of money so vendors, sponsorship, raffle donations, and attendance all play an important part in putting on a great show.

 

We have 45 tables available for Vendor rental  and our last RDUCON was a vendor table sellout. Our tables are 8 feet long and positioned where there is good attendee traffic. The  locations are on a first-come first served basis.

 

Vendor tables fees and Discounts available:

 

·  $30 per table and a donation towards the raffle. Tables must be paid for in advance of the show date.

 

Discounts Available:

 

· Early Bird Special: Vendors who have reserved and paid for their tables by March 31st will get a $5/table discount

· Returning Vendors: Vendors who were at RDUCON 2008 or 2009 are entitled to a $5/table discount

 

How to arrange getting a vendor table(s) and then what happens :

 

· Contact our Vendor/Sponsors prime listed on the left with your interest in securing a spot with table quantities and to  make payment arrangement.

 

· We will  confirm your request and you will then be added to our vendors listing including a hyperlink to your website or email contact info if provided.

 

· Please make checks payable to “IPMS Eagle Squadron”  or alternatively we can accept payment via PAYPAL as well.

 

We appreciate any and all support and during the event we will acknowledge all our vendors for their support.  We hope you will join us to offer your products.
